MOROCCO – THE GREAT SOUTH  

DAY 1: MARRAKESH   

Upon arrival to Marrakesh, we will be met and transferred to your hotel.

DAY 2: MARRAKESH 

A full day in Marrakesh – your guided visit has been  specifically  created t  visit Old Marrakesh  and  its  sights  while  giving  you  a complete  overview  of  the  city’s  rich  1000-year history, visit the Bahia Palace, the Royal Necropolis of the Saadien Tombs, Jema El Fna, the  Koutoubia,  and  finally  walk through  the various  souks  (markets)  to  see  all  kinds  of  wonders for sale.

DAY 3: MARRAKESH – DADES                                                            

After breakfast, we depart to Dades via Ouarzazate, crossing the High Atlas Mountains via Tizi -n-Tichka pass  (2260m  altitude) lunch  in  Ouarzazate  before  continuing  across  the  road  of  Kasbahs  via  Skoura.

Overnight in Dades.

DAY 4: DADES – MERZOUGA – BIVOUAC                                                

Depart  for  Erfoud  via  Tinerhir,  visiting  the  Todra  Gorge  (Grand  Canyons)  en  route;  when  you  reach Merzouga,  you  will  transfer  to  a  4×4  vehicle  to cross  the majestic  dunes  of  Erg  Chebbi,  which  rise  to  a height  of  150m;  enjoy  a  camel  ride  from  Merzouga  to  the  Nomad  Camp  in  the  Sahara  on  time  for  the beautiful sunset (1:40 duration approx, or transfer via 4×4-  according to your choice).

Note: This Nomad Camp doesn’t serve alcohol but you can bring your own wine. Overnight at a desert camp in nomad tents.

DAY 5: MERZOUGA – ZAGORA                                                          

Depart to Zagora through the Berber villages and Nomad’s Road. Lunch in Alnif.

Arrival at Zagora, dinner and overnight at the Riad.

DAY 6: ZAGORA – OUARZAZATE                                                            

After breakfast at the Riad, depart to Ouarzazate via Agdz and the  Draa Valley, afternoon sightseeing to the famous Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou.

Overnight in Ouarzazate.

DAY 7: OUARZAZATE – AGADIR                                                          

Depart to Agadir via Taznakhte, Taliouine (known for its Saffron plantation) and Taroudant  (the ancient  capital of the Sousse ) overnight in Agadir.

DAY 8: AGADIR – Departure                                                                        

After an early breakfast in your hotel, we will drive you to Agadir air-port for your flight back home, your tour ends at the airport.
